Identify and generate leads for PP woven bag sales (B2B/B2C).
Build and maintain relationships with clients in sectors like agriculture, cement, fertilizers, sugar, and chemicals.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate packaging solutions.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain CRM records, prepare regular sales reports.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company.
Job Requirements:
1.
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or relevant field).
Added advantage: Diploma/degree in Packaging Technology or Industrial Sales.
2.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in industrial sales or packaging sales.
Prior experience in PP woven bags, FIBC, or similar packaging products is
highly preferred
.
3.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients across industries.
Market knowledge of PP woven bags and competing products.
Understanding of manufacturing and delivery timelines.
CRM and basic MS Office proficiency.
4.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and plant visits.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Language: Proficiency in English and local/regional languages.
Optional/Desirable:
Existing client base in the packaging industry.
Knowledge of export markets for PP bags.
Understanding of quality certifications like ISO, FSSC, etc.
