Job Description

Market & Sales Development



Visit markets regularly to generate orders and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories. Identify and onboard new clients and distribution partners to expand business reach.

Payment & Collections



Ensure timely recovery of payments from clients and distributors. Monitor outstanding balances and maintain healthy cash flow. Resolve client issues related to billing or payments promptly.

Business Growth



Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and bulk order channels. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer demands. Recommend and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.

Inventory & Channel Management



Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment. Ensure efficient distribution and smooth supply chain flow. Monitor product movement, reduce dead stock, and optimize inventory planning. Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships through regular engagement and support.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
