Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team. The candidate should have a strong background in the automotive or battery industry, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership abilities to meet sales targets and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.

Identify new market opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to fulfill orders.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

Experience: 5 to 8 years in automotive or battery sales

Skills: Team management, negotiation, communication, MS Office

Language: Hindi, Marathi, Basic English

Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Executives to promote and sell our automotive battery products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales within the manufacturing or automotive sector and must be target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients and generate new leads in assigned territories.

Promote company products and explain features and benefits.

Achieve sales targets and report daily activities.

Maintain customer relationships and handle inquiries.

Assist in sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field

Experience: 2 to 4 years in automotive or battery sales

Skills: Communication, negotiation, reporting, field visits
