As we expand our footprint globally, we're excited to establish a new office in Mumbai, India. We're seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in this market.

Job Summary:



The Software Sales Manager will drive LSPedia's customer acquisition strategy in India and the surrounding region, focusing on growth in revenue and bookings. This role involves managing a team of experienced business development representatives to market and sell LSPedia's suite of traceability and supply chain solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to drive accelerated annual growth in revenue and bookings.

Team Management:

Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding targets. Coach team members on sales techniques and methodologies, providing hands-on support to ensure successful deal closures.

Solution Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of LSPedia's products, including Track & Trace, Serialization, Supply Chain Digitalization, and Predictive Analytics, to effectively communicate value to clients.

Revenue Generation:

Drive growth for LSPedia's OneScan solution and other innovative products by developing targeted account plans, from initial research through to deal close, including RFP preparation and response.

Partnership Development:

Attend industry conferences and establish strategic partnerships to support business growth and expand market reach.

Sales Forecasting:

Regularly report sales performance to leadership and deliver accurate forecasts to help guide strategic decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales Operations, Support, and Marketing to create program proposals tailored to customer needs.

Contract Negotiation:

Lead and coordinate contract negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes and a successful close.

Culture Building:

Support a positive team culture, focused on retention, professional development, and shared success.

Qualifications:



Experience:

7 - 10 years of experience in software or SaaS sales, with at least 5+ years in a management role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Track Record:

Proven record of revenue growth and customer acquisition success.

Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively present complex information to C-Suite and leaders in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and IT.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer and internal challenges.

Autonomy and Adaptability:

Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

CRM Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn.

Travel Requirement:

Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Location Requirement:

Must be available for full-time work in Mumbai, India.
