Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will lead frontline sales activities--from sourcing projects to building strong client relationships. You will work directly with clients, developers, and premium residential projects while driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Sourcing & Compliance
Identify and source new residential projects by visiting developer sites.
Ensure MahaRERA registration compliance for all projects.
2. Client Engagement & Sales Execution
Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
Manage client interactions via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and meetings.
Follow up with leads to drive conversions.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property solutions.
3. Coordination & Documentation
Liaise with developers and internal teams for smooth documentation & processing.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
4. Relationship Building & Target Achievement
Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals & repeat business.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through structured planning.
Qualifications
MBA preferred; graduates with strong sales experience can apply.
1-5 years of experience in residential real estate or B2C sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to close deals & meet targets.
Knowledge of Pune's real estate market is an advantage.
Two-wheeler & valid driving license - Mandatory.
