Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives
Regularly report on sales metrics and provide forecasts to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer buying behavior
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise solutions like Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Microsoft, etc.
Existing network of enterprise-level contacts across sectors.
Certifications in sales or IT products (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft)

For 5-8 years' experience- 12-20 LPA
