Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage Sales Team:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Deal Sourcing & Closure:
Identify potential customers, conduct site visits, pitch properties, and close sales effectively.
Target Achievement:
Drive individual and team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate developments.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance; provide timely reports to senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in real estate sales.

knowledge of the real estate market
