Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead our sales team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive results through effective team leadership, deal sourcing, and successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead & Manage Sales Team:

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

Deal Sourcing & Closure:

Identify potential customers, conduct site visits, pitch properties, and close sales effectively.

Target Achievement:

Drive individual and team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate developments.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance; provide timely reports to senior management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in real estate sales. In-depth

knowledge of the real estate market

, particularly in Nagpur and surrounding areas. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Proven ability to

source and close property deals

. Effective

team management and leadership skills

. Result-oriented with a proactive sales approach. Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory if experience is strong).
