Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked Sales Manager to lead business growth for Founder's Lab. This role requires more than just sales it demands a deep understanding of startup needs and a consultative approach to positioning solutions in brand, tech, and media.You will be responsible for identifying high-potential startups and D2C brands, engaging with decision-makers, and closing partnerships that drive real results.
Key Responsibilities
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline of early-stage startups, D2C brands, and funded ventures.
o Sell bundled solutions including:- Brand & identity design- Founder-led storytelling and video production- Website & mobile app development- Digital campaigns & social media growth- GTM & fundraising support collaterals
o Lead end-to-end sales cycles from discovery to closure.
o Partner with VC firms, accelerators, and incubators for strategic tie-ups.
o Represent Founder's Lab at startup expos, demo days, and ecosystem events.
o Maintain CRM systems and report KPIs and conversion metrics regularly.
o Collaborate with creative and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
o 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
o Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and needs across brand, tech, and GTM.
o Excellent communication and storytelling skills both verbal and written.
o Proven ability to close service-based or retainer-based deals.
o Well-connected within startup or D2C networks; VC exposure is a plus.
o Self-starter with high ownership, hustle, and a growth mindset.
o Experience in creative/media/branding/tech solutions is preferred.
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
