What you'll do:



Key Account Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction. Proactively engage with patients and potential clients, closing sales to drive business growth.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Oversee and manage the daily sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient movement of prospects through the sales funnel.

Revenue Growth:

Consistently exceed sales targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals. Continuously adjust strategies as needed to meet company objectives.

Team Leadership:

Lead by example, fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their success and professional development.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

From prospecting to closing, lead the sales process, maximizing sales opportunities, and aligning strategies with company goals.

Client Communication & Negotiation:

Use your strong communication skills to negotiate deals, address client needs, and close sales.

CRM & AI Tools Management:

Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-based tools to manage leads, track customer relationships, and maintain accurate sales records.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing reports and insights that help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Sales Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.

What we're looking for:



3+ years of Sales Manager experience

in

B2C and B2B

sales, with experience in

BPO or service-oriented industries

.

Experience in call centers, cold calling, and outbound sales.

Strong leadership skills

with a "lead by example" mentality.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in

CRM systems

(e.g., Salesforce) and a deep understanding of sales strategies.

Solid understanding of KPIs

, sales metrics, and performance analysis. Experience in managing

sales teams

and meeting revenue goals.

English language proficiency

is a plus.
