Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing and motivated

Sales Manager

to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the property market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales targets, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and close deals. Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and property exhibitions. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals. Coordinate with marketing teams to run campaigns and promotional events. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management. Assist in pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional offers. Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and legal guidelines. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:



MBA in Marketing or Real Estate. Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and lead generation tools.
