What Youll Do:

- Drive end-to-end sales of ERP/IT solutions from lead generation to closure
- Identify and engage potential clients across industries
- Understand client requirements and propose the right ERP solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth presales and delivery handoff
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed revenue targets

What Were Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in IT/ERP sales (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ERP sales cycles and solution positioning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expertise in IT Sales :

Leverage extensive experience in IT Sales, with a strong emphasis on ERP and Cloud ERP solutions.
Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive business growth.

Sales Targets:

Own and hit/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and accounts.
Develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure a deep understanding of customers' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key accounts.

Customer Partnership:

Partner with customers to understand their business strategies, challenges, and goals.
Develop customized sales strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?258,982.03 - ?1,133,483.12 per year
