Sales Manager

to drive business growth through corporate tie-ups, group bookings, and event partnerships. If you're energetic, persuasive, and ready to scale a leading nightlife brand, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities



Revenue Generation:

Drive sales through corporate bookings, private events, influencer collaborations, and bulk reservations.

Client Acquisition:

Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate companies, event agencies, and social communities.

Partnership Development:

Pitch brand collaborations, event sponsorships, and cross-promotions with local businesses.

Lead Management:

Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining a structured follow-up process.

Sales Strategy:

Create and implement weekly/monthly sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue opportunities.

Event Coordination:

Work closely with the operations and marketing team to deliver seamless experiences for booked clients and events.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of all leads, deals, client feedback, and prepare performance reports.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine the sales approach.

Requirements



Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of sales experience in

hospitality, nightlife, events, or F&B industry

is mandatory.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Target-Oriented:

Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Networking:

Existing contacts within Pune's corporate, influencer, and event planning ecosystem is a strong advantage.

Education:

Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred.

Availability:

Must be flexible to work on evenings, weekends, and during major events.

Tech-savvy:

Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, and WhatsApp/Instagram for B2C & B2B outreach.
