Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in both Financial Services or IT Solutions Sales. The role involves driving business development, managing key accounts, leading a sales team, and achieving both individual and team-based sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fintech, enterprise software, and B2B consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal sales quotas and team-wide targets across finance and IT product lines.
Track and drive performance using KPIs for both individual contribution and team success.
Identify and close new business opportunities in fintech, enterprise tech, SaaS, ERP, and digital financial services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, and Procurement Heads.
Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and long-term account planning.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales executives to ensure they meet their individual targets.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on goal alignment, collaboration, and accountability.
Conduct regular reviews, training, and pipeline management to improve team productivity.
Market Research & Reporting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
Provide detailed reports on performance against individual and team KPIs to senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years each in finance and IT/software sales.
Demonstrated ability to achieve individual revenue goals and lead teams to collective success.
Deep knowledge of financial services (e.g., lending, digital payments, trade finance) and enterprise IT solutions (e.g., SaaS, ERP, CRM).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency in sales tools and CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or enterprise tech clients.
Familiarity with data analytics, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions.
Multilingual abilities or exposure to regional/global sales.
