Must have - Chemicals adding Admixture experience
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales for construction-related products across assigned geographies.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with
distributors, dealers, and contractors
.
Ensure market penetration by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
Own
sales targets, revenue generation, and collection goals
.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for
product approvals and compliance
at local levels.
Generate insights from the field to inform strategy, pricing, and positioning.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales numbers and forecast pipelines.
What We're Looking For
5-10 years of experience
in B2B/B2C Chemical Construction sales which deal with admixtures.
Strong distributor/channel management experience across regions.
Hands-on, target-driven approach with a
track record of exceeding numbers
.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Local market knowledge and
strong regional networks
are a must.
Comfortable working across multiple locations and willing to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
