Key Responsibilities
? Drive regional sales for construction-related products across assigned geographies.
? Build, manage, and grow relationships with
distributors, dealers, and contractors
.
? Ensure market penetration by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
? Own
sales targets, revenue generation, and collection goals
.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams for
product approvals and compliance
at local levels.
? Generate insights from the field to inform strategy, pricing, and positioning.
? Provide accurate and timely reports on sales numbers and forecast pipelines.
What We're Looking For
?
5-10 years of experience
in B2B/B2C Chemical Construction sales which deal with admixtures.
? Strong distributor/channel management experience across regions.
? Hands-on, target-driven approach with a
track record of exceeding numbers
.
? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
? Local market knowledge and
strong regional networks
are a must.
? Comfortable working across multiple locations and willing to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
