to lead and grow our customer base across key verticals.
Responsibilities:
As a
Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and closing the deals. Your understanding will help you tailor solutions to client needs and deliver value through our offerings. Below are the responsibilities:-
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Identify and meet potential clients across focus business segments.
Efficiently drive sales cycle to achieve sales target.
Collaborate with design and project teams to propose solutions.
Use CRM system to match sales cycle and marketing automation.
Achieve monthly sales targets to ensure consistent growth and market development.
Work with sales partners to achieve strategic growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
2-3 years of sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic thinker.
