We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and grow our logistics sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B logistics sales, a deep understanding of supply chain services, and a proven track record in driving revenue and building strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets
Identify high-potential clients and manage key account relationships
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and productivity
Work closely with operations and management to deliver integrated logistics solutions
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients
Analyze sales data, generate forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to leadership
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics, or related field
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to drive business growth and meet/exceed revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as needed
