Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with strong knowledge of solar products, renewable energy solutions, home appliances, and LED luminaires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team, and driving growth in B2B and B2C markets. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:



Develop Sales Strategies

: Formulate and implement effective sales plans to meet company objectives in the solar, renewable energy, and home appliances sectors.

Market Expansion

: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including B2B and B2C channels, to expand the company's market presence.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership

: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain in-depth knowledge of solar products, renewable energy solutions, home appliances, and LED luminaires, staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting

: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management on market trends, sales performance, and potential growth areas.

Pricing and Negotiation

: Manage pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with company profitability goals.

Training and Development

: Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's knowledge of products, sales techniques, and market dynamics.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:



Experience in sales, especially in government or defense sectors. Familiarity with the procurement processes of GeM, CSD, CPC, and KPKB. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
