Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive our corporate gifting vertical. This role involves identifying new B2B opportunities, nurturing relationships with key corporate clients, and working closely with the product and design team to offer personalized premium chocolate gifting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients for bulk/custom gifting (HR teams, marketing heads, procurement).
Pitch and present Velvet Fine Chocolates' premium offerings for festivals, employee rewards, client appreciation, weddings, and events.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely customization and delivery.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends in luxury and corporate gifting.
Provide input for product development based on client feedback and trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in gifting, FMCG, luxury, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong network of corporate decision-makers is a plus.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Comfortable with client presentations and product demos.
Working knowledge of CRM tools/ MS office
Probation:
6 months (performance-based confirmation)
Compensation:
Rs40000 + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
