Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred, however, MBA freshers with a strong sales aptitude are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
2+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
(MBA freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.)
Strong understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office
