Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

Sales Manager

to lead our admissions and learner engagement efforts at our Pune (Kharadi) center. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and counseling, with excellent team management and coordination skills. This is a full-time, in-person role.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Manage and guide a team of telecallers to generate a consistent admission pipeline. Train and monitor the team to ensure quality interactions with leads and prospects.

Counseling & Conversion:

Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and counsel them on appropriate courses. Drive conversion of interested inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up and relationship management.

Masterclass Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and run free or paid masterclasses to drive lead generation and admission interest. Ensure smooth execution with trainers and technical support.

Trainer & Placement Coordination:

Coordinate with trainers for class schedules, course delivery, and learner feedback. Support placement activities by aligning with the placement team and learners, tracking progress and outcomes.

Learner Engagement:

Maintain and manage all learner touchpoints from admission to course completion. Ensure a positive learner experience by resolving queries, tracking engagement, and gathering feedback.

Data Management & Process Optimization:

Handle and analyze learner data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement process enhancements to boost overall efficiency and learner satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, counseling, or educational services. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and learner management systems. Experience in the education/training industry is a plus.
