Sales Manager (Home Advisor)

to lead our sales efforts and contribute to the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives. Foster a supportive and goal-oriented team culture. Set clear performance targets and provide regular coaching.

Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market share. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and promotional efforts.

Lead Sourcing & Development



Oversee sourcing of leads through referrals, digital platforms, and networking. Build a reliable pipeline by connecting with brokers, developers, and agents.

Client Relationship Management



Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. Provide expert advice and support through the entire sales process. Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Negotiation & Deal Closure



Lead sales negotiations and finalize deals with favorable terms. Ensure all documentation and legal processes are completed accurately.

Performance Tracking



Monitor individual and team sales performance. Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, including 1 year in a managerial or team lead role. Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is preferred.
