Qualification:
Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum 3 years+ in automobile sales (2-wheeler experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Develop strategic sales plans and market penetration strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members for improved performance.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
