Bachelor's Degree (any discipline, preferably in Business/Marketing)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure performance targets are met.
Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with business goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality service delivery.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in [industry name, e.g., FMCG / Real Estate / IT / Retail]).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership qualities and team management ability.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
