Job Description

A reputed international media production company is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Planning:


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


Set quarterly and annual sales goals and ensure they align with the company's overall objectives.


Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership and Management:




Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.


Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.


Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and address challenges.

Client Relationship Management:




Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


Act as an escalation point for client concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.


Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Sales Operations:




Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.


Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports on team performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.


Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to optimize the sales process.

Revenue Growth:




Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
