Job Description

A reputed international media production company is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a strategic mindset, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Planning:

? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

? Set quarterly and annual sales goals and ensure they align with the company's overall objectives.

? Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Team Leadership and Management:



? Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

? Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

? Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress and address challenges.

Client Relationship Management:



? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

? Act as an escalation point for client concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

? Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Sales Operations:



? Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

? Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports on team performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

? Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to optimize the sales process.

Revenue Growth:



? Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

? Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
