will be responsible for driving sales of residential construction projects and villas, managing the sales team, handling client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, customer handling skills, and experience in real estate or construction sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise sales targets
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to improve performance
Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
Convert enquiries into confirmed projects and bookings
Coordinate with design, project, and finance teams for smooth client onboarding
Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and follow-ups
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks
Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales support

Compensation
Salary: 25000 - 35000 per month
