Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, and expanding the customer base for Muthoottu Mini Financiers Ltd. The role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and the ability to foster long-term customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for gold loans and other financial products.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments.
Drive branch-level sales initiatives to increase footfall and conversions.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Conduct regular training on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
Monitor productivity, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure superior service delivery.
Promote brand loyalty through effective customer engagement strategies.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, audit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee documentation accuracy, loan processing quality, and branch-level operational efficiency.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for management review.
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Requirements
Bachelor's degree
MBA or PGDM preferred.
Experience
5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the NBFC/banking/financial services sector.
Experience in gold loan sales will be an added advantage.
