Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing team performance, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures a strong market presence. Manage recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Present accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while remaining fully aware of new products and competition trends. Develop a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls. Set and monitor individual sales targets with the team. Track sales goals and prepare performance reports as required. Coordinate with the marketing department on lead generation initiatives. Provide ongoing training and development for sales team members through motivation, counseling, and product education. Promote the organization and its products effectively to potential customers. Understand customer needs and align product offerings accordingly.

Requirements:

MBA Preferred. Proven experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM). Demonstrated success in managing and directing a sales team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Both
