Job Summary
The
Marble/Granite Rough Block Sales Manager
will lead and grow sales of marble/granite rough blocks from our mining operations in Rajsamand. The role demands strong industry experience, a deep customer network in domestic and strategic sales planning, and hands-on execution to meet volume and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive sales and revenue growth of marble/granite rough blocks (all major varieties).
Identify, engage, and convert new customers.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers, traders and exporters.
Team & Coordination
Work closely with quarry production, quality inspection, transport, and admin teams.
Mentor junior sales staff and align team to achieve targets.
Report to senior management with regular progress updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Business or related field (preferred).
Minimum 10 years' experience
in rough block marble/granite sales in mining sector.
Strong network with domestic traders and international buyers (export experience is a plus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with travel and relocation.
Preferred Attributes
Multi-lingual skills (Hindi, English; local Rajasthani/Dialect advantage).
Track record of exceeding sales targets in a mining or stone industry.
Strong strategic thinking with practical execution capability.
