Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and researching market trends to find new sales opportunities.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs to offer suitable products.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations, providing technical information and highlighting the benefits of the company's offerings to persuade clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients, working to close sales deals and ensure favorable agreements for both parties.

Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals for the company.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and project delivery.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate sales records, manage customer relationship management (CRM) databases, and provide regular sales reports and performance analyses.
Skills and Qualifications

Sales Expertise:

Proven ability to identify and pursue new business, build strong customer relationships, and close deals.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Industry Knowledge:

A strong understanding of the construction industry, construction products, and building materials.

Client-Focused Attitude:

A dedication to understanding client needs and providing excellent customer service.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to manage customer data using CRM software and prepare detailed sales reports.

Goal-Oriented:

A competitive and confident individual with a driven mindset to achieve set objectives and targets.
