Job Description

The Sales Manager - Job Work is responsible for generating business through job work/contract manufacturing opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets by selling manufacturing and processing services across assigned industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new job work / contract manufacturing clients Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close sales agreements Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with production/engineering teams Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments Coordinate order execution, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,382.47 - ₹65,445.46 per month
