Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers.
Visit manufacturing units and present company capabilities in plastic injection molding.
Meet and engage with purchase managers, production heads, and decision-makers to generate and close business deals.
Understand technical specifications of components and coordinate with the design and production teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and grow strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Prepare periodic sales reports and provide market insights to management.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates with the following educational backgrounds will be preferred:
B.E. / B.Tech
in
Mechanical Engineering
,
Plastics Engineering
,
Tool Engineering
, or
Manufacturing Engineering
.
Plastics-specific Diplomas
from reputed institutions such as
CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology)
or equivalent.
Requirements:
Experience:
3-7 years of relevant experience in sales of
plastic injection molded components
or
industrial parts

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with senior-level decision-makers and close deals.
Must possess a
Vehicle with valid driving license

Should be willing to travel extensively.
