Job Summary:



The

Sales manager

is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's market presence. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and strong relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets in the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and corporate partners. Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the travel and tourism industry. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry regulations, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in travel and tourism. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis. Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
