Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving dealership performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the entire sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and ensure timely follow-ups. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events. Ensure the proper display and maintenance of vehicles in the showroom. Prepare regular sales reports and present performance analysis to the management. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain company reputation. Keep updated with the latest industry trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Sales (minimum 5 years). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
