Role - Sales Manager

Six days working : Monday to Saturday

Office Time : 10 am to 7 pm

Qualifications & Skills



Education: Diploma in Printing and Packaging (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales or business development within the printing and packaging industry, focusing on luxury cardboard boxes. Proven track record of consistently bringing in sales and meeting or exceeding targets. Skills:

Deep knowledge of printing and packaging processes, especially for luxury cardboard boxes.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:



Identify and target potential clients in the luxury packaging sector, focusing on high-end cardboard boxes. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Strategize and execute plans to expand the company's market presence. 2.

Sales Management:

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury cardboard boxes and associated printing and packaging processes. Provide clients with technical insights to enhance their packaging solutions. Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the luxury packaging space. Share insights and strategies with internal teams to enhance the company's offerings. Work closely with the production and design teams to deliver high-quality packaging solutions. Address client concerns promptly and ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales performance, and market feedback. Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
