A luxury car Service salesman is a highly skilled sales professional who specializes in selling high-end, premium, and exotic Services . Beyond the standard duties of a typical car salesperson, this role requires exceptional customer service, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with affluent clientele
Job duties

Customer engagement

: Greet and build a rapport with potential buyers in a welcoming, low-pressure manner. High-end buyers are often knowledgeable and resistant to aggressive sales tactics.

Product expertise

: Become an expert on every vehicle in the showroom, including its intricate features, performance specifications, and unique selling points.

Sales process management

: Guide clients through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry and test drives to finalizing financing, paperwork, and delivery. This process must be seamless and personalized.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

: Build and maintain a robust network of clients for repeat business and referrals. Follow up with customers monthly to ensure satisfaction and stay top-of-mind for future purchases.

Market intelligence

: Stay informed about the competition, industry trends, and the latest automotive technology to provide expert advice to clients.

Showroom management

: Assist with maintaining the showroom's aesthetic and ensuring vehicles are well-displayed and in pristine condition.

Active listening

: A top salesman listens more than they talk to understand what is important to the client. This allows for a more personalized sales approach.

Impeccable presentation

: Since luxury goods are about a high-end experience, the salesperson's appearance and behavior must be professional and polished.

Patience and persistence

: Closing a luxury car deal often takes more time than a standard sale. A good salesperson is persistent with their follow-ups but knows how to avoid being pushy.

Base salary + commission
