Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished
Sales Manager
with over 9 years of proven experience in
Low Voltage (LT) panel sales
. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading sales strategies in the electrical panel industry across Mumbai and Western India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve revenue and profitability targets in LT panel sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, consultants, contractors, and OEMs
.
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management.
Mentor and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Prepare and present
sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
to senior management.
Required Skills
Proven expertise in
LT panel sales
with 9+ years of experience.
In?depth knowledge of
electrical panels, switchgear, and power distribution systems
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client relationship management and business development abilities.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems
