Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Inside Sales Manager

with a background in

logistics and freight forwarding

. The candidate will handle

client communication, quotations, and sales coordination

from our Kerala office to support our Dubai operations and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms. Prepare quotations and proposals for air, sea, and land freight forwarding services. Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Maintain and update customer records, sales pipeline, and CRM database. Follow up with clients for feedback, negotiations, and deal closures. Support the external sales team with lead generation, client presentations, and reports. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt communication. Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports for management. Stay updated on freight rates, logistics trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.

2-4 years of experience

in

inside sales / customer service

within the

logistics or freight forwarding industry

. Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Malayalam required). Excellent coordination and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of air, sea, and land freight processes is a must.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with

freight forwarding software

or CRM tools. Basic knowledge of

pricing structures

and international trade terms (Incoterms). Prior experience supporting a

Dubai / GCC-based logistics company

is a plus.
