Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new clients in the courier and logistics domain.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to deliver results.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
