Achieve monthly sales targets and convert qualified leads into closed deals.
Maintain updated client data, prepare reports, and track sales performance.
Collaborate with management to build territory penetration strategies.
Key Requirements
Preference for candidates with experience in the weighing industry.
Strong preference for candidates who have sold Dimensional Weighing Systems (DWS).
2-5 years of field sales experience in logistics, courier, transport, warehouse, or e-commerce sectors.
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Logistics preferred).
Strong market network and existing relationships in the logistics/warehouse segment.
Proven B2B sales skills--lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
