Job Description

A Sales Manager for Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Home Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Chandigarh is responsible for driving loan sales, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with customers and partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales

for PL, BL, HL, and LAP products across Chandigarh through direct and channel sales sources.

Manage and grow the sales team

, including direct sales officers and channel partners like DSAs and brokers.

Develop strategic sales plans

to meet monthly and quarterly targets while expanding market penetration.

Build strong client relationships

by providing product information, assisting in the loan application process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams

such as credit, legal, operations for smooth end-to-end loan processing and disbursal.

Conduct market analysis

to track competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare sales reports and MIS

for senior management and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or MBA preferred, with at least 2+ years in loan/product sales, preferably in secured and unsecured loan products. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills. Knowledge of loan underwriting processes, product documentation, and regulatory compliance. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
