Identify and approach potential investors and partners interested in preschool franchise opportunities. Promote the brand's business model and assist prospects through the end-to-end on boarding process.
Reporting & Coordination:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the corporate team. Coordinate with the academic, operations, and legal teams for smooth franchise onboarding
Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Source leads through various channels - digital, referrals, real estate developers, exhibitions, etc.
Follow up with leads, conduct meetings/presentations, and close franchise sales.
Property Evaluation:
Visit and assess proposed properties for preschool setup to ensure alignment with company requirements and safety standards.
Market Research:
Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities in untapped areas of Tamil Nadu.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners to support ongoing operations and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
6 -10 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in the education or preschool industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken & written)
Knowledge of the local geography and real estate market
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Chennai and nearby regions
