Sales Manager - Learning & Development | Industry-Academia & Skill Development
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Learning & Development with strong experience in industry-academia partnerships and skill development solutions. This role focuses on driving sales for corporate training, academic collaborations, and employability-focused programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Learning & Development, skill development, and employability programs
Build and manage industry-academia partnerships with colleges, universities, and institutions
Identify opportunities for corporate training, academic alliances, and government/skill initiatives
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Manage key accounts across corporates, educational institutions, and training partners
Collaborate with academic, L&D, and delivery teams to design customized programs
Lead sales presentations, proposals, MoUs, and commercial negotiations
Track market trends in education, skilling, and workforce development.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales/business development in Learning & Development, EdTech, skill development, or training
Strong understanding of industry-academia models, government skill development frameworks, or employability programs
Experience selling to educational institutions, corporates, or government bodies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
