Role Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager - Large Accounts

to own and grow relationships with our most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preferably selling complex tech products or SaaS solutions to enterprise clients and driving revenue growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:



Own the end-to-end sales cycle for large/strategic accounts - from lead qualification to closure. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in large enterprises. Understand customer business needs and map them to our product capabilities to deliver high-value solutions. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer success. Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with company policies. Monitor industry trends and competitors to position our product effectively. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:



4-8 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in a tech product or SaaS environment) Experience in Access Control industry preferred(not mandatory). Proven success in selling to large/enterprise accounts with complex buying cycles. Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a business context. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree required

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
