Build & Source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) / channel partners / other channels.
Achieve key business metrics of IRR, Fee Income and Cross Sell of insurance product
Perform initial assessments of loan applications for login, facilitate visits to credit team & technical team for loan due diligence.
Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement
Track and update PDD - Post disbursal documents and provide post-disbursal support to customers
Achieve Business targets for LAP product.
Role Requirement :
Candidate should have 3 years of minimum experience in LAP product and sales through DSA and should have handled a ticket size of 1 Cr and above.
Experience - Min 3 years of experience in NBFC or Bank.
Education - Graduate and above
