We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive revenue, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing sales team.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for die manufacturing products
Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors
Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports
Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to meet customer requirements
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction
Required Experience & Qualifications
8-12 years of proven experience in sales, with at least some experience in a leadership or managerial role
Knowledge of basic excel and busy software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
