Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients. Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals efficiently. Coordinate with the production and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports for management review. Supervise and guide the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industrial product promotions. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle after-sales support.

Required Skills

:

Strong knowledge of industrial products like electric motors, bearings, sheet metal parts, and blowers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of B2B sales and industrial market. Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
