Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Europe, US, and GCCmarkets.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events*.
Pitch KPO services (research, analytics, data management, reporting, etc.) to CXOs, Heads of Operations, Procurement Leaders, and Business Unit Heads*.
Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
Close contracts and achieve sales targets with a consultative, solution-oriented approach*.
Develop long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements
3-7 years of experience in sales/business developmentfor KPO, BPO, IT services, or outsourcing.
Strong network with decision-makers in industries like banking, consulting, pharma, financial services, and corporates(preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skillswith the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, generate leads, and close deals in international markets.
Familiarity with global outsourcing modelsand contract structures.
