Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of travel sales executives.
Set and achieve
monthly sales targets
(team & individual).
Develop and implement effective
sales strategies
to drive revenue.
Train and support team members to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly
sales performance reports
to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international travel products, destinations, and pricing trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
