We are looking for a mechanically inclined Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in B2B capital equipment sales to drive business development for our Debricking Equipment product line. The ideal candidate must be highly self-driven, capable of traveling extensively, and comfortable with direct industrial sales--no dealer or contractor-based sales. : o Identify and target new sales opportunities within the steel industry. o Currently working closely with steel industry o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at steel plants. o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of refractory wrecking equipment and its applications. o Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. o Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications and capabilities. o Address customer inquiries and technical issues related to product performance and maintenance. o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective support. o Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives. o Travel extensively to client sites, trade shows, and industry events as required. o Adapt to varying travel schedules and manage time effectively to maximize productivity. o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (master's degree is a plus). o 7+ years of sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
