Key Responsibilities
Plan and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Coordinate with marketing and service teams
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred
Experience in sales and team handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
